Karlene Edwards-Warrick is a transformational leader who is passionate about developing and empowering people for Service and Leadership. She is distinguished by her ability to identify and develop talent. Throughout her career, she has assisted her clients, peers, and subordinates in recognizing their unique God given gifts and capabilities. Over the past seven years she has facilitated leadership and skills workshops for women regionally through the Caribbean Baptist Women’s Union (CBWU) and the Trinidad and Tobago United Baptist Woman’s Association (TTUBWA). Respected as a credible project team leader with sound decision making, her expertise covers areas of strategic planning, project management, team building, change management and coaching.

Currently, as a consultant, by way of her business “DNA 4 EVENTS”, she has worked with many organisations regionally in the areas of Learning and Development and Events Management. She has successfully led many events achieving the desired outcomes for her clients. Karlene has worked alongside her husband, Rev. Warrick, in Ministry for over 29 years.

Previously, Karlene was responsible for the Learning and Development of over 1,200 employees at ArcelorMittal Point Lisas Limited. She spent three decades in the steel industry and moved through the ranks transitioning from Marketing Sales, Inventory and Logistics and concluded her tenure in Human Resources.

Karlene holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University UK, in Leadership and Human Resource Management with specialization in Learning and Development. She is certified through the George Washington University, USA in Events Management and is also a certified Trainer.
